The FRMS has partnered with SimpleEAP to offer eligible member districts a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides employees with immediate access to a wide range of resources and tools designed to support every aspect of their well-being—all in a secure, confidential, and easy-to-use format. EAP is included at no additional cost when paired with any other line of coverage through FRMS.
Members enrolled in the FRMS Workers’ Compensation Program or at least one medical plan within the Employee Benefits Program receive confidential and voluntary support through the SimpleTherapy Employee Assistance Program (SimpleEAP), formerly known as Halcyon EAP.
SimpleEAP’s licensed behavioral health clinicians specialize in helping employees address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and substance abuse. They develop personalized intervention plans tailored to each individual’s condition, lifestyle, and risk profile, and provide referrals to a global network of behavioral health specialists. This process begins during the initial call to ensure the fastest possible path to wellness.
Simple EAP – EAP 3-Visits
Provided at no cost to the employee and their household members
Up to three (3) counseling sessions every six (6) months, in-person or via video
Completely confidential service provided by a third party.
