Cordico Mental Health Resource

The FRMS has partnered with Cordico to provide 24/7/365 access to powerful first responder wellness tools in-hand, on-demand and confidential through mobile app. This benefit is included at no additional cost when participating in the FRMS medical program.

The app includes Self-Assessments, Cancer Awareness, Employee Assistance Program & more.

Employee Assistance Program

The FRMS has partnered with Simple EAP to provide eligible member districts a robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This gives employees immediate access to countless resources and comprehensive tools to assist them in every aspect of their lives, all in a secure, CONFIDENTIAL, easy-to-use format. EAP is included at no cost when offered with any one other line of coverage through the FRMS.

Simple EAP – EAP 3-Visits

• Provided at no cost to the employee and their household members
• Up to three (3) counseling sessions every six (6) months, in-person or via video
• Completely confidential service provided by a third party.
