Aerosol Transmissible Diseases: Exposure Control Plan Workshop

May 28 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Informational Workshop

Recent FRMS Safety and Risk Control Program Reviews revealed potential compliance gaps that increase regulatory, operational, and employee‑safety risks. Join Sedgwick Risk Services Consultants for an interactive session focused on achieving and maintaining compliance with Cal/OSHA’s §5199. Aerosol Transmissible Diseases. It requires employers to establish stringent requirements for protecting employees from airborne and droplet‑spread pathogens such as tuberculosis, measles, COVID‑19, and emerging infectious diseases.

Learn what a compliant written program requires, how to update and maintain it, and how to address common gaps. Bring your current program for real‑time evaluation, practical guidance, and resources you can use immediately. Leave with clearer direction and stronger, more compliant safety program.

Pre‑work:
Review and bring your district’s updated written plan. If you don’t have a comprehensive plan, please register and see ‘webinar materials’ or contact us for a template.

Facilitator:
