Covering California’s Fire Service Community
We are pleased to announce upcoming training on OSHA’s Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, requirements. These two identical webinars provide a clear, practical overview of the form rules including what to post, where to post it, and when. We’ll walk through the form’s purpose and its required elements including the key responsibilities for employers, certification requirements, and common compliance pitfalls to avoid.
Why is this important?
The government requires that OSHA’s Form 300A be posted in your facility from February 1 through April 30 in a visible location for employees to see. It summarizes the total number and types of work-related injuries and illnesses, enabling both employers and employees to recognize workplace safety trends.
