Covering California’s Fire Service Community
Informational Workshop
Recent FRMS Safety and Risk Control Program Reviews revealed potential compliance gaps
that increase regulatory, operational, and employee‑safety risks. Join Sedgwick Risk Services
Consultants for an interactive session focused on achieving and maintaining compliance with
Cal/OSHA’s § 3342. Violence Prevention in Health Care. It requires emergency medical service
/ firefighter employers to establish comprehensive, enforceable requirements for preventing,
responding to, and documenting workplace violence in health care settings.
Learn what a compliant written program requires, how to update and maintain it, and how to
address common gaps. Bring your current program for real‑time evaluation, practical guidance,
and resources you can use immediately. Leave with clearer direction and stronger, more
compliant safety program.
Pre‑work:
